Oliveira Contracting, Inc., as the General Contractor, self-performed all excavation, demolition, structural concrete repairs, platform edge replacement; including installation of rubbing board and warning tiles, installed masonry Cement Masonry Unit  (CMU) partitions and tile, concrete sidewalks and pavement restoration, new concrete pits and roof structures.  Oliveira Contracting, Inc.  also oversaw all other trades inclusive of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevator system, fire alarm, Closed Circuit TV , and communication systems.
